Cozy room, stunning view, the complimentary breakfast was delightful with a selection of fresh fruits and pastries, making the start of my day enjoyable.

Everything was perfect.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues. The electricity was off at random times during the night, making it uncomfortable without fans. Additionally, the bathroom sink had a leak, and the shower connection wasn’t working properly—it sprayed water everywhere unless adjusted just right. We were also disappointed to find the pool empty, which we had hoped to use to cool off after long days.

I had a wonderful time exploring jacmel, with the beach just a 10-minute walk away and the jacmel arts center only 2 km down the road, making it fantastic for leisurely strolls to experience the local arts scene. the deluxe queen room i stayed in was cozy, clean, and provided perfect relaxation after a day out, and the private beach area was a great way to unwind by the ocean.

i almost gave a positive review until the electricity went off multiple times each night, making it uncomfortably hot. i expected a welcome gift or at least a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences but, alas, nothing materialized. utterly disappointing and definitely not the 5-star experience i anticipated.

The grounds are stunning, with amazing ocean views! The kids loved the clean pool, and the filtered water supply was a huge plus. Jacmel has so much charm, and every evening felt like coming home after long days exploring.

In my wife’s opinion, having more kid-friendly dining options would be great.

The Deluxe Queen Room was cozy and clean, which was just what we needed after a long day. Plus, the view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing and definitely made our stay feel special. However, the bathroom door knob was missing and the air conditioning had issues due to power outages, which was a bit annoying.
